The Motor Dealer Module effectively handles the administration of Vehicle Sales from Quotation all the way to Deal Profit/Loss Analysis whilst encompassing customer orders, deposits, trade-ins, PDI and preparation, invoicing, pre-delivery and profit analysis; effectively controls new, used, consignment and sale or return vehicle stock; with real-time vehicle preparation and reconditioning built into the system. Cost as calculated from the Service Department jobcard as work gets done; deals with both internal and external preparation costs that must be associated with the vehicle; late preparation and/or reconditioning costs can still be added to the vehicle after the vehicle has been invoiced and left the dealership.
