Stock Control - The stock module allows for the effective management and control of spare parts.  Stock can be categorised and sub-categorised to meet your warehousing needs.

Ordering/Purchasing - Outstanding and processed items are colour coded to ensure ease when receiving goods.  Orders can be done directly onto a jobcard.

Comprehensive Accounting System - Detailed tracking of financial transactions and instantaneous reporting and analysis.  Transactions that have been posted ahead of the current period are displayed and aged accordingly.

Quotes - Quotes can be transformed into a new jobcard, open jobcard or a Point of Sale invoice.  Master Quotes can be created for standardised quoting.

Point of Sale - A Point of Sale invoice can be saved and invoiced at a later stage.  The Point of Sale displays profits split by parts, oils and sundries.

Jobs - You can cost Stock, Labour, Others and Buyouts.  Jobcard costing is linked to Oficina’s FRU’s .
