Oficina Software and Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd is a South African based software development company that was formed in the early 80’s to attend to the growing needs of the motor industry and meet challenges of its customers.
Oficina’s software is developed in-house by our skilled development team. We continuously develop new product solutions to accommodate changes within the technological world. In the early 2000’s, Oficina pioneered the use of cloud technology in South Africa in the form of Terminal Server to facilitate the centralisation of client data. Clients have fully mobility to access data from any location at any time.
Oficina has an exceptional Customer Service Department that is available to assist clients regarding concerns, problems or queries that may arise. The use of “Trouble Ticket” (Online Query Submission System), ensures that we guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
In welcoming new clients to Oficina, our Accounting and Technical Consultants assess individual company needs to facilitate and implement a customised installation and training process.
Our Training and Information Centre (TIC) offers both onsite and online training for new and existing clients. We also provide a wide range of training solutions to individuals and organisations through Technical, Microsoft Certification and Soft Skills.
By earning a Microsoft Certification, individuals and organisations can achieve a greater degree of success and gain a distinctive edge in business. Oficina is also an authorised Certiport Testing Centre that offers a wide range of globally recognised certifications. Individuals can write their Microsoft, Adobe and IC3 exams from our testing centre in Ballito.
Our IT Department handles all technological issues that arise and are available to guide you through choosing the latest hardware and software products at affordable prices.
Oficina enjoys strong market relationships with leading motor vehicle manufacturers, including Tata, Jinbei, Renault, Ford and Foton. Oficina also has a diverse customer base ranging from entrepreneurs who need to organise their business to medical practitioners who want to stay engaged with their patients.
